Before every entry, run through the checklist. It fits in seven questions. Fewer than six checks, the trade is not taken, whatever your feeling.

Why a checklist

A brain on adrenaline no longer reads the flow, it looks for reasons to enter. The checklist is the only tool that works during the emotion, because it does not ask for judgment, only a yes or no answer to questions decided with a cool head.
