GEX (MM), H-GEX and C/P OI (R): DeepCharts' gamma columns against the order book
Setup 2 (AAA): short on the ceiling rejection, 7:37 pm
The 7,624 strike had become the profile's biggest brake (+$2,970M at 7:54 pm), and it was still growing while price climbed toward it. At 7:36 pm, price runs into it with C markers and an MM Pressure divergence. It is a setup from the "fade on a brake" family: market makers, long gamma at this strike, sell the rally, and you trade the rejection with them. The short at 7,622.75 made +1.7R on average. The lesson also shows why the first target goes at the bottom of the red block sitting just below, and not at random.
